New Beads!

Finally got Uncle Sam up and, just for kicks, some watermelon slices too.
(Not that it is remotely summery feeling today. Brr!)

The hubby has the week off and is in the process of putting down wood floors in our main living area. SUH-WEEeeeeeeeeEeeT!

(Not my house but this is the color.)

I was so sooooooooooooooooooooo done with the ratty old carpeting! We already have wood flooring in the kitchen and dining room so we're just going to continue it on to the ENTIRE floor. (Living room, long hall, three bedrooms, though the bedrooms are probably going to be tackled one at a time during the summer. The flooring is all purchased already so we can pick them off one at a time.) It's going to look so fantastic when we are done I just might have to stay here for the rest of my life. lol

Such cute beads.

Love the color of wood flooring you picked. I know I was so glad when we replaced the carpeting in our house in Texas with wood... right before we found out we were moving... such is life. LOL

Such cute new designs, Melanie--you are very talented :)

I know you'll enjoy your wood flooring--it is so easy to care for. Love the color you chose, too!

AWESOME beads (as always). And my husband and older boys have put in more than a few wood floors in our house and they survived!

I love that Uncle Sam!

I finally got wood floors after 20+ years of marriage. I LOVE them, wouldn't go back to carpeting.
